If at all possible, if a moderator/forum Gurus/contributor would provide that this is NOT fixable, I can move on and go to another program/software. I click on the OK and the computer goes into a normal boot and the pc appears to be normal and functional.

I get to the point of Selecting Language and then agreeing to the license agreement by clicking OK at bottom right of screen. The NBRT starts, the big N circle appears, the countdown begins and appears to progress. I have learned how to use the USB bootable to start the pc and enter the BIOS to select the USB to boot. I have learned how to change the boot sequence from UEFI to Legacy and then to USB boot. When booting from the USB device, an error "Unable to continue - X Error - Error occurred while accessing target disk drive partitions", is received and booting is stopped from advancing. I am using a hp all-in-one, 23-q140t, W10, updated to latest ver. Start Reflect, take the ‘Other Tasks’ menu option and select ‘Create a bootable Rescue CD’ The wizard opens and In the wizard window, select ‘ Windows PE 2.0' and click ‘Next’.There are several comments/questions on the community concerning my issue but I can't find an answer to these questions concerning the error received when a pc is booted using USB with NBRT.We need to create an image of the bootable CD so we can transfer the contents to the USB stick.

The partition boot sector is created when the file system is formatted. The BCD is used to boot Windows PE and all flavours of Windows with the Vista kernel and later.

Windows Vista/7 creates different partition boot sector code that's compatible with the Boot Configuration Data ( BCD). The partition must be formatted using Windows Vista/7.
